An attractive grouping on American production car performance and fuel economy. A color pamphlet from the Union Oil Co. of California listing the results of the company-sponsored Performance Trials undertaken with NASCAR, at the Riverside International Raceway, pitting American production cars against one another in a battery of tests: fuel economy, acceleration, and braking. Accompanied by a letter from a Union Oil executive to the enthusiast who requested the results, George Ellis of Silver Spring, Maryland. A scarce ephemeral lot.
