A bold and large, World War II-era Army Air Corps recruitment poster. Brilliantly colored, with artwork signed “GRAVES,” likely prominent commercial illustrator Stuart Graves (b. 1879). An uncommon art-deco influenced military design in excellent, unrestored condition.

Offset color lithograph on paper. Approximately 38" x 25 1/8." Single vertical fold and three horizontal folds from original mailing. Some faint toning, discolor about lower margin and at left-hand side of lower horizontal fold. Else clean, bright. About very good.
