$300.00

A lovely copy of the 1989 McGraw hardcover reprint edition of Compton and Dry's famed 1875 pictorial atlas of St. Louis, a faithful and lavishly bound facsimile of the original, far superior in construction and preparation to the fragile 1971 Hagen paperback edition or any of the ersatz print-on-demand copies floating about (and increasingly scarce to encounter in commerce).

[St. Louis, Missouri]: Todd A. McGraw, 1989. [223]pp., including 110 plates. Approximately 17 1/4" x 11." Blue-green cloth over boards with decorative gilt titles stamped to front, spine. No dustjacket, as issued. An approximately dime-sized bit of wax or similar material on the rear exterior panel, otherwise near fine.
